PROVINCIAL TRYOUT FORM - all players registered with SPBH are welcome to tryout (see age divisions below).

Divisions by birth year:
- u9 - 2017, 2018
- u11 - 2015, 2016
- u13 - 2013, 2014
- u15 - 2011, 2012
- u18 - 2008, 2009, 2010
Tryout dates:
- Dates: April 28, May 5, 6, 7
- Location: Millennium Place
- Division times: on website
Note:
- Each player will get 2 tryout sessions - see dates, times for division to ensure player can attend.
- Tryout Groups will be emailed to players with additional information and times.
- Note: Groups may be shuffled with limited notice.
