Welcome to the YOUTH REGISTRATION FORM for Sherwood Park Ball Hockey.

Note: If you are wanting your player to move up or down a division, please contact us for APPROVAL before registering.

If your player has participated in any of our registered events (i.e. goalie clinics, ball hockey camps, come-try-it events, summer shinny, etc.) then they are considered a "returning player".
  • NEW PLAYERS - DO NOT require an Access Code.  
  • RETURNING PLAYERS - require an ACCESS CODE to register.
    • Click on link "What's my Access Code?" under player information and code will be sent to email on profile. (Check your JUNK email if you do not receive within 2 hrs)
    • Note: If you have changed your email address please contact the league to update.

  
Proceed with registration:
  • Complete player information section - this will take approximately 5-10 mins (ensure birth year is entered correctly)
  • ​Returning players - enter Access Code and click "Submit Access Code" ​
  • On-line payments only - contact the league if you do not have a credit card and want to pay by another means (i.e. cash, cheque, e-transfer). ​
  • Kidsport/Jumpstart (financial assistance):
    • ​If you have completed and been APPROVED for financial assistance, contact the league for coupon code.
    • If you want to register while waiting for approval, proceed with registration and we will reimburse you once cheque is received.

Note: Ball Hockey CAMPS are NOT part of the Regular Season. Use the CAMP REGISTRATION FORM.

U9-U19 - Sherwood Park is hosting Provincials on June 26-29, 2026. All players welcome to tryout. Tryout dates - TBD. Coaches are also welcome to submit select teams as well. Visit our website for more info.
