Welcome to the Camp Ball Hockey Registration form.

***GOALIES - please contact league prior to registering to ensure space availability. Let us know if you require equipment as well.

Note: If you do not have a credit card, contact the league to make alternate arrangements (i.e. cash, cheque, e-transfer).


NEW players DO NOT require an Access Code.

RETURNING players will need their ACCESS CODE prior to registering (applies to players previously registered with SPBH)

This is easy to do:
  1. Below click on link: "What's my Access Code"
  2. Enter player's: Name & DOB (ensure birth year is entered correctly).
  3. Access code will be sent to email address on file
  • Note: If you have changed your email address please contact the league to update profile.
 
Proceed with registering:
  1. Complete player information section
  2. Enter Access Code, click on "Submit Access Code"  and complete remainder of form.
